Welcome to Ziloo, the e-learning social media platform built for people 18 and above who want to learn, teach, grow, and earn. This Privacy Policy explains how YouBeeU Pty Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your information across our iOS and Android apps and our web platform.
By using Ziloo, you confirm you are 18 years or older and agree to this Policy.

2. How We Use Information
We collect information you provide, data generated by your activity, and technical information:

Account Data: Name, date of birth (to confirm 18+ eligibility), email, phone, and organisation details.

Content Data: Posts, courses, comments, direct messages (stored securely; not end-to-end encrypted).

Device & Usage Data: Device ID, device type, IP address, push notification tokens, crash logs, diagnostics.

Payments: Processed by trusted providers (Stripe, Apple In-App Purchases, Google Play Billing). We never store card numbers.

Sensitive Data: Only if you choose to provide it (e.g. accessibility needs, media uploads).
We do not collect or use location data.
3. Sharing and Disclosure
We process information to:

Provide and personalise Ziloo’s features.

Enable posts, courses, and business accounts.

Reward contributions with Z-Coin, our in-platform reward (not a cryptocurrency or fiat money).

Process payments for courses and subscriptions.

Moderate content with AI and human reviewers.

Send service updates, alerts, and important communications.

Prevent fraud, enforce terms, and comply with legal obligations.
We never sell your personal data.
Addition for Apple reviewers: We do not track users across other apps or websites for advertising or profiling purposes. If this changes, we will request explicit consent, including Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency prompt.
4. Advertising and Business Accounts
We share limited data with:

Service Providers: Secure cloud servers (hosting), analytics services, Stripe (payouts), Apple/Google billing, email providers.

Moderation Partners: AI services and trusted reviewers.

Legal & Safety: Authorities where required by law or to protect safety.
Our disclosures in the App Store Privacy Labels and Google Play Data Safety form always reflect our actual practices and are updated if they change.
5. User-Generated Content & Moderation
Ziloo allows verified businesses to create accounts and run ads to adult users (18+).

Ads are served by Ziloo or approved business accounts.

They must follow our Community & Ads Policies.

No unrelated third-party ad networks are integrated.
If advertising expands (e.g. third-party networks or cross-app tracking), we will: (i) request consent (including Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency on iOS), (ii) update this Policy and disclosures, and (iii) provide opt-outs where applicable.
6. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under the age of 18 without explicit parental approval as specified by the applicable privacy law. As a general matter, prospective users must enter a birthdate reflecting an age of 18 or greater when signing up for the Website or App. For more information about our policy towards minors using the Website or App, please see our Terms of Service. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that you child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from a minor without verification of parental consent, we take appropriate steps to remove that information from our servers.
7. Payments & Monetisation

Apple In-App Purchases & Google Play Billing: For subscriptions and digital content.

Z-Coin: Our internal in-platform reward.
Refunds and cancellations for in-app purchases follow Apple and Google Play store rules.
Addition for Play compliance: Users can manage or cancel subscriptions via their Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
We never store card details.
8. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Ziloo is strictly for users 18 and older. We verify date of birth at sign-up and remove under-18 accounts when identified. We do not knowingly collect under-18 data.
9. Your Rights
Ziloo hosts user content (posts, courses, comments, DMs). To protect the community, we provide in-app tools to report content or users, block users, and appeal moderation decisions. Moderation is a mix of AI filters and human review.
Violations of our Community Guidelines (e.g. harassment, illegal content, IP infringement, fraud) may result in removal or account restriction.
10. Retention & Deletion

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

You can make requests via in-app settings or email info@youbeeu.com.au. We respond within required timelines.
11. Security

Content remains until you delete it or close your account.

Financial/legal data may be retained as required by law.

When you delete your account, we erase data within 30 days.

Hosting on AWS (ISO 27001, SOC 2 certified).

Encryption at rest (AWS KMS) and in transit (TLS 1.2+).

Multi-Factor Authentication for admin access.

Breach notifications to users and regulators where legally required.

Ziloo is global. Your data may be stored across cloud regions. We apply encryption, access controls, and contractual safeguards for international transfers.

Addition for web users: Our website uses essential cookies for login and functionality. Where required by law, we provide cookie consent tools for non-essential cookies.
13. Updates to this Policy

We may update this Policy. Major changes will be notified through the app or by email.
14. Account Deletion
Account Deletion: You can delete your account at any time by following these steps in the app: Go to Dashboard → You → Setting → Delete Account. Account deletion will permanently remove your data from our system.
